COVID M&A Update – Where We Were and Where We Are

This webinar presentation will provide an overview of the coronavirus pandemic’s impact on the M&A deal cycle. We will discuss the beginning/onset of COVID as well as the progression of COVID through the end of 2020 and its impact on specific parts of the deal cycle throughout that period. We will then discuss the changes to COVID relief programs and their expected impact to 2021 M&A activity.
